Job summary

Allied Orion Group is seeking an Entry-level Leasing Associate at our Post Oak East property in Euless, TX. The role focuses on marketing, leasing, and maintaining positive resident relations while achieving occupancy targets.

You will report to the Community Manager and support leasing activities, tours, and move-in processes. Ideal candidates have 1 year of leasing/sales experience and strong communication skills to engage prospects and residents.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in apartment leasing and/or sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for resident relations.
• Ability to read, write and comprehend lease documents and policies.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects and conduct property tours.
• Ensure tours and units meet marketing standards and coordinate with maintenance.
• Record traffic and process applications per policy.
• Complete leases and move-in documentation per policy.
• Maintain positive resident relations and respond to inquiries.
• Use on-site software to track availability and market trends.
• Design and execute marketing plans to drive traffic to the property.
