Job summary

Allied Orion Group in Saint Louis, MO is seeking a Leasing Associate to market, lease, and maintain positive resident relations with a pro-active, "Whatever it Takes" attitude.

You will greet prospects, tour the property, qualify leads, prepare and process applications and leases, coordinate move-ins, and collaborate with the Property Manager on marketing plans, outreach efforts, and market surveys to achieve high occupancy and retention.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year experience in apartment leasing and/or sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, tour property and amenities.
• Ensure property and show units meet company standards and coordinate with Property Manager.
• Record all traffic and transactions per policy.
• Complete applications and leases according to policy.
• Manage move-in, renewal, and move-out processes per policy.
• Utilize onsite software to track availability and market trends.
• Develop marketing plans and outreach to drive traffic and occupancy.
• Utilize internet marketing (CraigsList, Google, etc.).
• Distribute newsletters, flyers and notices.
