Greystar is seeking a Leasing Associate in Aurora, CO to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and ensure smooth move-ins while maintaining high resident satisfaction.

You will monitor market conditions, execute short- and long-term marketing plans, and leverage on-site software to manage data and occupancy. A valid driver’s license and state licensing as required are essential.

• Experience performing sales and leasing activities to achieve occupancy.
• Ability to inspect units and coordinate with maintenance.
• Follows market conditions to develop short- and long-term marketing plans.

Mansioni

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours and show apartments.
• Process applications, screen credit and background checks, prepare leases.
• Ensure move-in packages are complete and units are ready for occupancy.
• Track leasing activities and occupancy using property management software.
• Support lease renewals by preparing renewal letters and packages.
• Respond promptly to resident questions and coordinate with maintenance.
