Gallery Residential in Fayetteville, AR is seeking a Marketing Representative to coordinate the property's marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to hit occupancy and revenue goals.

You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, run marketing plans, use Yardi, and ensure smooth move-ins while maintaining show units. This on-site role requires weekend availability and a focus on resident satisfaction and renewals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• Employment history showing sales, marketing, internet and customer service background to resolve customer issues and complete financial records.
• Current valid driver’s license is required.

Responsabilités

• Performs sales and leasing activities in person to meet revenue and occupancy goals, including tours, applications, credit checks, and lease signing.
• Inspects units and coordinates maintenance to ensure move‑in readiness.
• Develops short- and long‑term marketing plans to sustain occupancy and follows property policies for concessions and programs.
• Designs offsite marketing activities and uses social media, email, and other channels to drive traffic.
• Uses Yardi to track availability and manage resident data, ensuring accurate records.
• Ensures show units meet company standards and coordinates with maintenance for upkeep.
• Follows up with prospects and residents to secure lease decisions and renewals.
• Supports lease renewals with letters and packages and communicates with renewing residents.
• Responds to resident questions promptly and handles stressful situations professionally.
• Completes required reports and adheres to attendance and punctuality expectations.
