Responsabilités

• Manage all aspects of the leasing process, including apartment leasing, paperwork, and smooth move-ins.
• Greet clients, assess needs, provide tours, answer questions.
• Process applications, prepare lease agreements and renewals.
• Respond to inquiries via in-person, phone, and email; schedule appointments and maintenance requests.
• Assist with weekly, monthly, and special reports as assigned by Leasing/Business Manager.
• Receive deposits and rent money and record appropriately.
• Provide excellent customer service with a positive, friendly tone.
