Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking a Leasing & Marketing Professional to drive resident acquisition and retention in our Florida portfolio. You will greet clients, conduct tours, process applications and prepare leases, while delivering outstanding customer service and coordinating with the team to meet occupancy goals.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, proficiency with MS Office, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service focus with ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the leasing process and prepare paperwork.
• Greet clients, assess needs, provide tours.
• Process applications and review lease agreements.
• Respond to inquiries via in-person, phone, and email.
• Assist with weekly, monthly, and special reports.
• Collect deposits and rent, recording accurately.
• Provide friendly, high-quality customer service.
