Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is hiring a Leasing & Marketing Professional to manage leasing, tours, applications, and client communications. You will coordinate renewals, process paperwork, and deliver exceptional customer service across the community.

Ideal candidates bring strong communication, multitasking, and a flexible weekend schedule. Bachelors preferred; MS Office proficiency is expected as part of daily operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Customer-service oriented with teamwork.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Flexible schedule including weekends.
• Must be able to tour community and climb stairs.
• Driver's license may be required.
• State license/certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Manage all leasing processes: tours, applications, leases, renewals.
• Greet clients, assess needs, provide tours of apartments and community.
• Process applications and renewals; review lease paperwork.
• Respond to inquiries by in-person, phone, and email; set appointments.
• Assist with weekly/monthly reports as directed by Leasing/Business Manager.
• Receive deposits and rent; record transactions.
