Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking a Leasing & Marketing Professional to manage the leasing cycle, greet clients, conduct tours, and coordinate applications through move-in. The role emphasizes strong verbal and written communication, customer service focus, and collaboration with a team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Customer service oriented with ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the leasing process, including leasing apartments, preparing lease paperwork and assisting to ensure a smooth move-in.
• Greet clients, assess needs, provide tours of the apartments and community.
• Process applications, review lease agreements and renewals.
• Respond to in-person, phone and email inquiries; provide leasing information and schedule appointments.
• Assist with weekly and monthly reports as assigned by the Leasing Manager or Business Manager.
• Receive deposits and rent money, and record accurately.
• Provide excellent customer service with a positive and friendly tone.
