Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service oriented with teamwork focus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines; flexible weekends.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the leasing process, including leasing apartments and preparing lease paperwork.
• Provide tours of the apartments and community to prospective residents.
• Process applications and review lease agreements and renewals.
• Respond to inquiries in person, by phone, and by email, schedule appointments, and track maintenance requests.
• Assist with weekly, monthly, and special reports as assigned by the Leasing Manager.
• Receive deposits and rent payments and record them accurately.
• Deliver excellent customer service with a positive, friendly tone.
