Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking a Leasing & Marketing Professional to manage the leasing process, greet clients, conduct community tours, and handle applications and lease paperwork. The role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and effective communication across in-person, phone, and email inquiries.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service oriented with ability to work well in a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule including weekends.
• Able to tour the property with clients, including stairs.
• May require a valid driver’s license.
• State-specific licenses or certifications may be required.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the leasing process, including leasing apartments and preparing lease paperwork.
• Greet clients, assess needs, provide tours of the community.
• Process applications, prepare and review lease agreements and renewals.
• Respond to in-person, phone and email inquiries and set appointments.
• Assist with weekly, monthly and special reports as assigned by the Leasing Manager or Business Manager.
• Receive deposits and rent money and record appropriately.
• Provide excellent customer service with a positive and friendly tone.
