Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking a Leasing & Marketing Professional to manage all aspects of leasing, greet clients, provide tours, review applications and lease renewals, and maintain high-level customer service across the community. This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and flexibility to work weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service focused with ability to be a strong team player.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely and organized manner.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Must be able to tour the community with clients, walking the property and climbing stairs.
• May require a valid driver’s license and state-specific license/certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the leasing process, including leasing apartments, paperwork, and move-in coordination.
• Greet clients, assess needs, offer property tours, and answer questions.
• Process applications and review lease agreements and renewals.
• Respond to inquiries by in-person, phone, and email; schedule appointments; manage maintenance requests follow-ups.
• Assist with completing weekly, monthly and special reports as assigned by Leasing/Business Manager.
• Receive deposits and rent and record accurately.
• Provide excellent customer service with a positive tone.
