Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Manager to oversee leasing and marketing at an apartment community. You will closely collaborate with the Community Manager to set leasing goals and craft a strategic plan to hit occupancy targets.

Lead the leasing team, ensure effective showings, and maintain positive resident relations. The role requires strong knowledge of leasing practices, staff coaching, and a proven ability to develop marketing initiatives that generate traffic and drive renewals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred or housing industry experience.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee leasing and marketing at the property.
• Lead leasing team and achieve occupancy targets.
• Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns.
• Monitor leasing and renewal progress; ensure accurate reporting.
• Provide staff training, coaching, and performance guidance.
• Ensure staff compliance with company policies.
