B.HOM Student Living is seeking a Leasing and Marketing Manager to lead leasing and marketing for the Urbana community, driving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention. You will oversee tours, close sales, and craft campus-focused campaigns with a focus on university partnerships.

In this role you’ll develop annual marketing plans, manage marketing channels and analyze market trends to optimize traffic and conversions.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and leasing experience in multifamily or student housing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and marketing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead all leasing activities including tours, calls, and closing efforts.
• Develop and execute weekly, monthly, and annual marketing plans.
• Build relationships with university departments and campus events.
• Assist GM with hiring, training, and coaching leasing team members.
• Track leasing performance, traffic, and conversion metrics; report insights.
• Ensure compliance and accuracy of leasing files and processes.
