Landmark Properties Management, LLC is seeking a Leasing & Marketing Assistant to support planning and execution of community events and resident outreach in Orlando. You will assist with on-campus activities, prospective resident service, and vendor relationships to meet goals set by the Community Manager.

The role emphasizes an outgoing personality, leadership in the Leasing Ambassadors program, and daily duties ranging from event planning to maintaining curb appeal and leasing data reporting.

• Monitor and maintain model and tour route daily.
• Assist with property curb appeal.
• Track and report leasing data, metrics and goals.
• Develop and execute resident retention and acquisition methods.
• Organize monthly resident events and marketing events.
• Prepare for housing fairs and on-campus events.
• Assist with social media campaigns to maintain presence.
• Ensure follow-up activities for prospective residents.
