Job summary

Cardinal Group Companies in Atlanta is seeking a Leasing & Marketing Associate to drive leasing and create a vibrant resident experience. You will lead tours, manage lease applications, and use CRM to nurture leads toward signed leases, while delivering outstanding customer service.

You'll plan resident events, support social media marketing, and collaborate with leadership to keep Rambler Atlanta ahead of competitors, while growing your skills through LV Collective training programs and team

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in sales, leasing, hospitality or customer service.
• Brand ambassador or leasing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be a brand ambassador—greet prospective residents with energy and enthusiasm, providing tours.
• Assist with lease applications and ensure a seamless, efficient process for future residents.
• Utilize CRM to track leads, manage interactions, and ensure a leasing experience from inquiry to signed lease.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents; be the go-to person for their needs.
• Assist with front desk operations, answering inquiries, calls, and emails promptly.
• Plan and execute resident events that align with the Rambler Atlanta brand.
• Collaborate with the Social Media Intern to align marketing content with leasing and engagement efforts.
• Ensure tour path is on point and eye-catching; contribute marketing ideas to stay ahead of competition.
• Work with leadership to strategize and overcome roadblocks; participate in training programs.
• Support Leasing Manager in coaching new team members on sales and leasing techniques.
