Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Experience in sales, leasing, marketing or customer service is desirable.
• Able to communicate effectively with residents, prospects and university personnel.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to residents, prospects and visitors.
• Assist with lease administration and resident communications.
• Lease apartments in accordance with budget guidelines.
• Follow Fair Housing Standards in all dealings.
• Coordinate outside marketing under supervision.
• Review applications including credit and income verifications and background checks.
• Complete lease packets and ensure proper documentation and signatures.
• Ensure condition of apartments prior to move-in and conduct inspections.
• Follow up with residents and manage lease renewals.
