Job summary

PeakMade Real Estate, an Atlanta-based company specializing in off-campus student housing, seeks a Leasing Manager to lead onsite leasing and marketing efforts. You will work with the property manager to align events and campaigns with the PeakMade brand and drive revenue, occupancy, and retention goals.

As a hands-on leader, you will recruit and develop leasing staff, deliver exceptional resident experiences, and manage lease-ups, events, and digital campaigns across platforms.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leasing off campus student housing apartments.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Some weekend and evening availability preferred.
• Communication skills that foster connection and belonging, teamwork and productivity.
• Passion for helping college students find their next home.

Responsibilities

• Hire, lead and develop full time and part time leasing staff; assist in recruiting, interviewing, onboarding and development process.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent PeakMade; serve as example to team.
• Supervise planning, preparation, and implementation of lease up events, renewal parties, property events, competitions, and Resident Programs.
• Give informative property tours to prospective prospects onsite and address needs and concerns.
• Lease and renew beds/apartments in person, on the phone or online; manage deposits/fees at move-in.
• Assist with move-out/move-in events; collect deposits/fees as necessary.
• Regularly use apps like Instagram, Facebook, Microsoft Office, Lightroom, VSCO, Canva and other creative apps.
• Keep up-to-date and fresh look on property social media platforms.
• Utilize Canva to create flyers, social graphics, and videos to promote PeakMade lifestyle.
• Online reputation management through Reputation.com, JTurner and Modern Message.
• Assist with development and execution of annual marketing plans within budget.
• Utilize trending marketing techniques to impact sales and leasing, especially for college students.
• Increase property traffic, maintain closing ratios, and achieve occupancy budgets.
• Maintain accurate and current prospect traffic and leasing data.
