PeakMade Real Estate is seeking an onsite Leasing Manager to lead leasing and marketing efforts for our student housing community. You will work with the property manager to drive revenue, occupancy, and retention while guiding a team through events and marketing campaigns aligned with the PeakMade brand.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leasing off-campus student housing experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a leadership role preferred.
• Some weekend and evening availability preferred.
• Communication skills that foster connection and teamwork.
• A passion for helping college students find their next home.

Responsibilities

• Hire, lead and develop leasing staff; assisting in recruiting, interviewing, onboarding and development.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent PeakMade at the community.
• Supervise lease up events, renewal parties, and resident programs.
• Give informative property tours and address customer needs not yet voiced.
• Lease and renew beds/apartments in person, by phone or online.
• Assist with move-in/move-out events and collect deposits/fees as needed.
• Maintain accurate and current prospect traffic and leasing data.
