Job summary

GMH Communities is seeking a Manager of Leasing in Reno, NV to lead leasing and occupancy efforts for student living communities. You will supervise Leasing Consultants, conduct tours, close leases, and ensure strong resident relations with outstanding customer service.

The role requires leasing and sales experience, 2–3 years in student housing, and proficiency with Yardi or Entrata. Canva/Adobe skills and social media marketing are a plus. Competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Leasing and sales experience—Required
• 2-3 years’ experience in student housing—Strongly Preferred
• Experience leading a high-performing sales team
• Experience with Yardi or Entrata systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, TEAMS, Zoom, and Outlook
• Experience with Canva or Adobe Suite, preferred

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed budgeted occupancy and leasing targets
• Supervise Leasing Consultants and train the team
• Conduct tours, close leases, and maintain lease files
• Develop and execute leasing and resident retention events
• Coordinate marketing plans and social media campaigns
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws
