Job summary

Yugo USA is seeking a Leasing Manager for its Johnson City property. You will lead the leasing team, oversee resident retention, and drive occupancy through effective tours, application processing, and renewal management.

You’ll collaborate with maintenance and marketing to ensure a top-tier resident experience and compliant operations on-site. The role emphasizes high-quality customer service, strong communication, and leadership to coach staff, meet leasing targets, and maintain tour-ready

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of one year experience in residential properties or rental operations preferred.
• Experience working at a property or university/college setting is a plus.
• Entrata or similar rental software experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of leasing, retention, and renewals to meet occupancy goals.
• Conduct property tours and qualify applicants per company standards.
• Process rental applications, leases, move-ins/outs, and renewal documents.
• Coordinate move-in orientations to ensure a smooth resident experience.
• Lead leasing staff and coordinate marketing and outreach to boost visibility and leasing performance.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and applicable laws.
• Build strong relationships with current and prospective residents through responsive service.
• Prepare weekly leasing, occupancy, and activity reports.
