Fieldhouse Dinkytown, a large-scale student housing community steps from the University of Minnesota, is led by Up Campus Management. This role drives leasing performance, team development, and market execution in a fast-paced environment.

The Leasing & Marketing Manager will actively tour, close leases, analyze performance, and coach a high-performing leasing team to deliver occupancy and revenue gains.

Formación

• Student housing experience required.
• Experience managing a mid-size to large student housing community.
• Prior lease-up experience strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of Entrata or a comparable student housing CRM.
• Proven ability to lead leasing teams and drive results in competitive markets.

Responsabilidades

• Take a hands-on role in leasing: conduct tours, follow up with prospects, send leases, and close deals.
• Provide real-time feedback and coaching to improve leasing conversations, objection handling, and close rates.
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly leasing performance using Entrata and internal dashboards.
• Lead leasing strategy meetings informed by traffic trends, conversion data, and market conditions.
• Hire, train, and develop leasing professionals, interns, and ambassadors.
• Track leasing KPIs and provide regular performance insights to leadership.
