Job summary

Milhaus is seeking a Leasing Manager to coordinate all phases of apartment leasing, marketing, renewals, and availability reporting at one of its properties. You will regularly communicate with site staff and be involved in social media and event planning for the property.

The role requires at least two years of relevant experience, a high school diploma, and a valid driver's license. You will train leasing staff and contribute to daily move-in reporting and occupancy planning.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of progressively responsible experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in budget planning and expenses monitoring.
• Computer skills sufficient to enter reports and daily operations data into a computer.
• Knowledge of Equal Housing Opportunity (EHO) requirements and applicable program regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist leasing staff and coordinate all phases of leasing at the property.
• Prepare and complete marketing, rent-related reports and renewals.
• Plan resident events and manage social media platforms.
• Produce daily move-in and availability reports.
• Provide training for leasing specialists.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
