Job summary

Milhaus is seeking a Leasing Specialist to initiate and coordinate all phases of apartment leasing. You will support the Property Manager to generate cash flow, maintain resident relations, and optimize retention across Milhaus communities.

The role involves touring properties, handling inquiries, processing applications, and promoting promotional materials while ensuring compliance with EHO requirements and company policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of progressively responsible sales related experience.
• Proven ability to create promotional materials.
• Ability to greet and assist the public with courtesy and tact.
• Computer skills to enter daily operations data.

Responsibilities

• Handle residency inquiries via phone and in person.
• Conduct apartment and property tours; take applications and deposits.
• Explain materials to prospective residents and process applications.
• Screen applicants per EHO and company procedures.
• Support Property Manager in daily property operations.
