Job summary

Milhaus is seeking a Leasing Manager to initiate and coordinate all phases of apartment leasing, marketing, renewals, and availability reports. The role involves coordinating with on-site staff, social media engagement, and event planning for the property.

Responsibilities include assisting leasing teams, generating reports, managing renewals/outreach, planning resident events, handling social media, and training staff. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of progressively responsible leasing experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in budget planning and expenses monitoring.
• Computer skills sufficient to enter reports and daily operations data into a computer.
• Knowledge of Equal Housing Opportunity (EHO) requirements and applicable program regulations.

Responsibilities
