Job summary

PeakMade Real Estate is seeking an onsite Leasing Manager in Lawrence, KS to lead leasing and marketing for our off-campus student housing community. You will collaborate with the property manager to align events and campaigns with the PeakMade brand and drive occupancy, revenue, and resident retention.

You will hire and develop leasing staff, deliver exceptional service, plan lease-up events, conduct tours, and manage digital marketing.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leasing off-campus student housing.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Some weekend/evening availability preferred.
• Strong communication to foster belonging and teamwork.
• Passion for helping college students find their next home.

Responsibilities

• Hire, lead, and develop leasing staff.
• Provide excellent customer service as Peak’s representative.
• Plan and execute lease-up events and Resident Programs.
• Give informative property tours and address customer needs.
• Lease and renew units in person, by phone, or online.
• Assist move-in/out events and deposits/fees.
• Manage social media presence with apps like Instagram, Facebook, Canva.
