Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience as a Community/Property Manager.
• Familiarity with Yardi or similar property management software.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Confident, thoughtful decision-maker with strong leadership capabilities.

• Oversees all operational and financial aspects of the property and achieves results by meeting goals.
• Manages budgets, variances, and opportunities to maximize income and control expenses.
