Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a talented and experienced Leasing Manager for Crystal House. The role oversees rentals, move-ins/move-outs, and lease renewals, while marketing to prospective residents and driving occupancy and retention.

You will train leasing consultants, review applications, and coordinate with maintenance to ensure move-in readiness. Strong customer service and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Minimum of one year of residential leasing and/or management experience is required.
• Prior experience with a revenue management system is required.
• Prior experience with Yardi or another equivalent property management system is required.
• Prior experience with customer reputation management tools is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins and move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Market and interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and retention.
• Conduct training, facilitate regular meetings, and coach leasing consultants.
• Generate and handle traffic, qualify prospective residents, and prepare lease documentation.
• Review lease applications for accuracy and ensure payments are collected before approval.
• Coordinate marketing efforts and update advertisements; assist with planning resident activities.
