Job summary

Neighborly Communities is seeking a Leasing Manager to oversee all leasing operations for Alma Apartments, guiding tours, applications, and lease renewals while driving occupancy and resident satisfaction.

The role leads leasing staff, coordinates with maintenance and admin, and ensures adherence to Fair Housing and company policies, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and asset performance.

Qualifications

• Experience managing leasing operations and team coordination.
• Strong customer service mindset with ability to handle diverse resident needs.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing guidelines and compliance.
• Proven communication skills and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full leasing cycle: prospecting, tours, applications, leases, renewals, and move‑ins/out.
• Set and monitor leasing goals and report results to leadership.
• Develop leasing strategies, promotions, and marketing campaigns to drive traffic.
• Conduct market surveys and competitor analyses to inform pricing and promotions.
• Supervise and coach leasing agents and front‑office staff; lead with an outward mindset.
• Coordinate ongoing training through GraceHill and ensure compliance with Fair Housing.
• Respond promptly to resident inquiries and maintenance requests; resolve issues with operations partners.
• Plan resident retention events and maintain property management platform proficiency.
