Greystar is seeking a Leasing Manager to lead community marketing, advertising, sales, and leasing efforts to achieve revenue and occupancy goals. You will supervise the leasing team, monitor traffic and renewals, and ensure leasing processes align with company standards.

The role requires strong sales and marketing skills, proficiency with Yardi/One Site, and a track record of managing leasing operations. On-site position with robust benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and communicate effectively to understand and complete legal documents, sell and explain apartment features, and answer questions.
• Proficient in executing sales skills: generating leads, presentations, qualifying prospects, closing.
• Proficient with word processing, spreadsheets, property management applications (Yardi/One Site), and databases to complete reports.
• Demonstrated mathematical skills for financial records, budgets, and reports.
• Supervisory skills to lead, direct, evaluate, and mentor staff.
• Strong internet marketing, advertising, and sales activity capabilities.
• High School diploma or equivalent with sales/marketing/customer service background.

Responsabilités

• Direct marketing, advertising, and sales activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Create online and print advertising strategies and generate leasing reports.
• Oversee leasing process: traffic, leasing, qualifying prospects, and move-ins.
• Review financial and traffic reports to improve leasing performance and present results.
• Manage lease renewals and communications with residents and owners.
• Supervise leasing team and align with company policies and values.
