Job summary

Kittle Property Group is seeking a Leasing Manager for Whispering Pointe apartments. You will supervise the leasing team, drive maximum occupancy, and enhance resident retention through exceptional service and strategic marketing.

Responsibilities include training staff, daily huddles, data accuracy, lease negotiations, and coordinating move-ins/outs to ensure a seamless resident experience. Prior sales success and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• Sales experience is essential and highly valued.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities required.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Excel; Yardi/MaxLeases experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train leasing team on best practices.
• Drive occupancy and support resident retention.
• Coordinate move-ins/outs and manage lease negotiations.
• Monitor leasing data accuracy and maintain documentation.
