Job summary

Kittle Property Group, Inc. is hiring a Leasing Consultant for The Reserve at White River and Lafayette Landing. You will lease apartments, conduct tours, and deliver exceptional customer service to maximize occupancy and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include follow-up with prospects, coordinating move-ins/outs, handling renewals, marketing the community, and maintaining curb appeal. A high school diploma and basic MS Office skills are required; no prior experience is necessary.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• No prior experience necessary.
• Language skills: read, write, speak and interpret basic information.
• Basic math and computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments through tours and telephone sales.
• Follow up with prospective residents and current residents.
• Provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Present apartment community in a professional manner.
• Coordinate move-ins and move-outs to ensure a smooth resident experience.
• Manage lease negotiations and renewals; assist with delinquency handling.
• Assist in maintaining curb appeal and community standards.
• Enter information into Yardi and file maintenance requests.
