Adara Communities is seeking an experienced Apartment Property Manager for a 168-unit conventional community. You will lead the onsite team, oversee daily operations, and drive leasing performance while ensuring top-tier resident relations and financial stewardship.

The role requires strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills, with a focus on achieving occupancy targets and maintaining community standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years apartment manager experience
• Experience managing conventional communities of 200+ units
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must live within 20 miles of the property or be willing to relocate
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for a 168-unit conventional community.
• Lead, manage, and develop onsite team members through coaching and training.
• Report KPIs including financial and budget status, occupancy, leasing metrics.
• Manage rent collection and address delinquencies; monitor operating expenses.
• Investigate and resolve resident concerns, disturbances, and policy violations.
• Drive leasing performance through sales and marketing strategies.
• Conduct routine property inspections and ensure compliance with procedures.
