Ideal candidates have 2+ years in apartment management with strong leasing, sales, and customer service skills. Bilingual abilities and social media experience are a plus; candidates must live within the area or relocate.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience as an Assistant Manager in apartments.
• Strong leasing and sales skills with a proven close record.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments to maintain occupancy and revenue goals.
• Manage rent collection, postings, and late notices.
• Assist with move-out notices, service requests, and transfers.
• Support daily operations and maintain resident information confidentiality.
• Prepare leasing reports and required paperwork.
• Help grow visibility through social media and online presence.
• Coach and develop the Leasing Agent to improve performance.
