Job summary

Neighborly Communities is seeking a Leasing Manager to lead leasing operations at Alma Apartments in Oregon. You will supervise a leasing team, coordinate daily property operations, and drive occupancy while ensuring high levels of resident satisfaction.

The role requires delivering outstanding customer service, coordinating marketing campaigns, and maintaining compliance with Fair Housing regulations. Travel to multiple properties within the portfolio may be required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full leasing cycle: prospecting, tours, applications, leases, renewals, move‑ins/move‑outs.
• Set and monitor leasing goals and report results to leadership.
• Develop and implement leasing strategies and promotions to drive traffic and close leases.
• Conduct market surveys and competitor analyses to inform pricing and promotions.
• Supervise and coach leasing agents and front‑office staff with an outward mindset.
• Coordinate ongoing training through GraceHill and ensure compliance.
• Maintain prompt responses to resident inquiries and maintenance requests.
• Plan resident retention events and maintain data accuracy in files and reports.
