Job summary

Avenue5 Residential, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Kirkland to manage apartment rentals, move-ins, and lease renewals. You will engage with prospective residents, conduct tours, and help maintain high occupancy while delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum of one year of previous sales experience preferred.
• One year of previous residential leasing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and satisfaction.
• Qualify prospective residents, schedule tours, and prepare lease documentation.
• Assist with renewal paperwork and maintain confidential resident files.
• Create and maintain weekly leasing reports and monitor occupancy levels.
• Support management with clerical tasks and resident activity planning.
