Job summary

Greystar, a leading global real estate platform, seeks a Leasing Manager to direct marketing, advertising and sales activities at a managed community. You will oversee leasing teams, drive occupancy, and optimize pricing and concessions to meet revenue goals.

Responsibilities include directing on-site leasing, monitoring traffic and lease conversions, coordinating with maintenance for property presentation, and reporting performance to management.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential property marketing, leasing and revenue management.
• Valid driver’s license to operate on property grounds.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required.

Responsibilities

• Direct community marketing, advertising and sales activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Oversee leasing team, monitor traffic and lease conversions, and prepare lease documentation.
• Coordinate with maintenance to ensure property attractiveness and readiness of units.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans, pricing strategies and concessions to boost traffic and leases.
• Present leasing performance to clients, owners and managers.
