Job summary

2B Living is hiring a Leasing Manager to drive occupancy and revenue across multiple Bay Area properties. You will own the leasing process end-to-end, including marketing, showings, applications, and leases, while delivering exceptional service to residents and owners.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of leasing experience, a valid Real Estate license, strong communication, and a team-oriented, tech-enabled approach. On-site role with flexible benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of multi-family, multi-site leasing experience.
• Must have a valid Real Estate License.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic to communities.
• Schedule and conduct showings using ShowMojo; manage leads.
• Process applications, draft leases, and manage renewals.
• Handle leasing requests, move-ins, and inspections to ensure readiness.
• Meet occupancy and revenue goals through proactive leasing and ownership mindset.
• Update owners weekly on vacancies and leasing performance.
