Job summary

Horizon Realty Advisors LLC is seeking a Leasing Manager to lead the property's leasing operations, oversee the full leasing process, and drive occupancy and revenue goals. You will manage marketing and outreach strategies while ensuring residents receive outstanding service in compliance with Fair Housing laws.

The role requires strong leasing and sales performance with 2–3 years in property management, plus 1+ year of supervisory experience.

Qualifications

Employment Type: Full Time

Compensation Structure: $23 - $24/hr; Leasing commissions & renewal bonuses; $250 per quarter bonus potential. Rental housing discount of 20% offered if living on site

Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday 9 AM - 6 PM

What You'll Do

The Leasing Manager leads the property's leasing operations and drives the team toward achieving occupancy and revenue goals. This role oversees the full leasing process, manages marketing and outreach strategies, and ensures prospective and current residents receive outstanding service, all while maintaining compliance with Fair Housing regulations.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Supervise, train, and develop the Leasing Team, including monitoring performance on lead management and follow-up standards.


• Conduct leasing activities through phone, online, and in-person tours, matching prospects with appropriate apartment homes.


• Oversee the property's social media presence, digital marketing efforts, and outreach to local universities and student organizations.


• Perform regular audits of lease files and review marketing channels, pricing, and property management software for accuracy.


• Analyze market demographics, conduct weekly market surveys, and collaborate with the Property Manager on the property's marketing plan.

What You Bring
