Job summary

Horizon Realty Advisors LLC in Seattle is seeking a Leasing Professional to drive leasing of apartment homes and deliver exceptional customer service to prospects and residents. You will market the community, conduct tours, process applications, and help ensure occupancy and retention goals are met.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED with prior leasing or customer service experience; fast-paced environments are common. Competitive compensation and on-site benefits are offered.

• Perform leasing activities through phone, online, and in-person interactions, and manage prospect lead follow-up per company standards.
• Assist with processing lease applications, preparing documentation, and coordinating move-in schedules and materials.
• Build and maintain positive resident relationships through responsive, high-quality customer service.
• Support daily property operations, including routine community inspections and monitoring of shared amenities.

Employment Type: Full Time

Compensation Structure: $22-$24 DOE; $300/qtr bonus potential; $100 rental commissions. Rental housing discount of 20% offered if living on site (pending 90 days)

Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday 8:30 AM to 5 PM
