Job summary

Horizon Realty Advisors LLC, a fast-growing real estate investment and management company, is seeking a Leasing Professional to market communities, conduct tours, process applications, and support resident satisfaction.

This full-time onsite role offers 8-hour shifts on a Monday-Friday schedule with some weekend coverage, $13-15 per hour plus leasing commissions, and a 20% on-site housing discount (pending 90 days).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience in leasing, sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, or property management preferred.
• Experience in fast-paced, customer-focused environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors professionally and provide property information; conduct tours and identify prospect needs.
• Handle phone, online, and in-person leasing activities and follow up on leads per standards.
• Assist with processing lease applications and coordinating move-in schedules and materials.
• Build positive resident relationships through responsive customer service.
• Support daily property operations, including inspections and monitoring shared amenities.

Compensation Structure: $13-15, plus leasing commissions. Rental housing discount of 20% offered if living on site (pending 90 days)

What You’ll Do

The Leasing Professional is responsible for leasing apartment homes and delivering superior customer service to both prospects and residents. This role markets the community, conducts tours, manages the application and lease process, and supports resident satisfaction to help the property meet its occupancy and retention goals.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors and prospective residents professionally; provide property information, conduct tours, and identify prospect needs and preferences.
• Perform leasing activities through phone, online, and in-person interactions, and manage prospect lead follow-up per company standards.
• Assist with processing lease applications, preparing documentation, and coordinating move-in schedules and materials.
• Build and maintain positive resident relationships through responsive, high-quality customer service.
• Support daily property operations, including routine community inspections and monitoring of shared amenities.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous experience in leasing, sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, or property management preferred
• Experience in fast-paced, customer-focused environment preferred
