Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience: Prior property leasing or management experience required; student housing experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of leasing, marketing and sales.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full leasing process from marketing to application processing.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract prospective residents.
• Conduct market surveys and adjust leasing strategies to remain competitive.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve resident inquiries.
• Follow up with renewals and prospects to close leases and promote retention.
• Plan and coordinate resident events to build engagement and satisfaction.
• Prepare lease agreements and ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations.
• Maintain confidential resident records and applicant documentation.
• Handle administrative duties such as answering calls, processing maintenance requests, and managing rent payments.
• Collaborate with maintenance to ensure apartments are ready for showings and move-ins.
• Schedule and manage move-ins/move-outs and inspect vacant units.
• Prepare welcome packages for new residents.
• Attend property staff meetings and complete assigned tasks.
