Job summary

Hawthorne in Mooresville, NC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to serve as the face of the community, delivering standout experiences and meaningful connections with residents and prospects. You will lead apartment tours, respond to inquiries, and help drive occupancy while upholding our Live It culture.

As part of Hawthorne’s team, you’ll support community events, market the property, and maintain a welcoming office and common areas.

Qualifications

• High School or GED equivalent.
• One year of customer service experience, sales and/or apartment leasing is preferred but not required.
• Valid Driver's License.
• A CALP accreditation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents with warmth and professionalism.
• Conduct personalized apartment tours that highlight the lifestyle and value of the community.
• Respond to phone, email, and web inquiries promptly and thoroughly.
• Convert leads to leases through follow-up and relationship-building.
• Complete leasing applications, verifications, and new move-in paperwork accurately.
• Coordinate and attend resident events and community engagement initiatives.
