Hawthorne is seeking a Leasing Consultant to be the face of our communities. You will conduct engaging tours, respond to inquiries, and help drive occupancy while delivering exceptional resident experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Open Monday–Friday hours with weekend events possible. Experience in leasing or customer service is preferred; CALP is a plus and a valid driver's license may be required in some communities.

Qualifications

• One year of customer service experience, sales and/or apartment leasing is preferred but not required
• High School or GED equivalent required
• Valid Driver's License not required to apply but CALP is a plus

Responsabilités

• Greet prospective residents with warmth and professionalism
• Conduct personalized apartment tours highlighting lifestyle and value
• Respond to inquiries promptly via phone, email, and web channels
• Convert leads to leases through follow-ups and relationship-building
• Complete leasing applications, verifications, and move-in paperwork
