Job summary

Hawthorne’s Heartwood Residences in Mebane, NC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to deliver standout experiences for prospects and residents. You will lead apartment tours, respond to inquiries, and help residents feel welcomed and valued.

The role emphasizes a positive attitude, clear communication, and a service-minded approach as you support leasing goals, coordinate events, and contribute to a vibrant, connected community.

Qualifications

• High School or GED equivalent is required.
• One year of customer service experience, sales and/or apartment leasing is preferred but not required.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
• A CALP accreditation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents with warmth and professionalism.
• Conduct personalized apartment tours highlighting lifestyle and value of the community.
• Respond to phone, email, and web inquiries promptly and thoroughly.
• Convert leads to leases through follow-up, relationship-building, and understanding resident needs.
• Complete leasing applications, verifications, and new move-in paperwork accurately.
• Coordinate and attend resident events and community engagement initiatives.
