Hawthorne is seeking a Leasing & Live It Specialist to greet prospective residents, conduct personalized tours, and respond to inquiries with warmth and professionalism. You will drive leasing success, convert leads, and contribute to building a vibrant community.

As part of Hawthorne, you’ll support resident events, maintain a welcoming office environment, and help market the property through social media and community outreach. A CALP is a plus and a valid driver's license is required.

Formación

• High School or GED equivalent.
• One year of customer service experience, sales and/or apartment leasing is preferred but not required.
• Valid Driver's License.
• A Certified Apartment Leasing Professional Accreditation (CALP) is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Create exceptional first impressions during tours and inquiries.
• Convert leads to leases through follow-up and relationship-building.
• Complete leasing applications, verifications, and move-in paperwork accurately.
• Attend resident events and support community engagement and marketing.
