Hawthorne is seeking a part-time Leasing Consultant to welcome prospective residents, lead engaging apartment tours, and respond to inquiries with warmth and professionalism.

You will drive leasing through follow-up, coordinate resident events, and help maintain a welcoming community. The role emphasizes strong communication, service mindset, and the ability to connect with people in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High School or GED equivalent.
• Experience: One year of customer service experience, sales and/or apartment leasing is preferred but not required.
• Licenses & Certifications: Valid Driver's License; CALP accreditation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create exceptional first impressions by greeting prospective residents with warmth and professionalism.
• Drive leasing success by converting leads through follow-up and understanding resident needs.
• Foster resident relationships by coordinating events and responding to questions with empathy.
• Build brand and community awareness by marketing the property and staying informed on market trends.
