Job summary

Hawthorne is seeking a Leasing Consultant to be the face of the community, delivering friendly, informative tours and handling inquiries with care. You will help prospects feel welcomed and supported, guiding them through applications and move-ins while promoting Hawthorne’s Live It culture.

You’ll participate in events, maintain office standards, and contribute to occupancy and renewal goals within a fast-paced multifamily environment.

Qualifications

• High School or GED equivalent required.
• One year of customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license; CALP accreditation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents warmly and conduct personalized apartment tours.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and web promptly and thoroughly.
• Process leasing applications, verifications, and move-in paperwork accurately.
• Coordinate resident events and promote a welcoming community.
