Job summary

Hawthorne is seeking a Leasing Consultant at our Cary, NC community. You will greet prospects, lead apartment tours, respond to inquiries, and help convert leads into leases while upholding Hawthorne's Live It culture.

The role requires 1 year of customer service or leasing experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver's license. Office hours typically Monday–Friday with some weekends for events.

Qualifications

• One year of customer service experience, sales and/or apartment leasing is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents with warmth and professionalism.
• Conduct personalized apartment tours that highlight the lifestyle and value of the community.
• Respond to phone, email, and web inquiries promptly and thoroughly.
• Convert leads to leases through follow-up and relationship-building.
• Complete leasing applications, verifications, and new move-in paperwork accurately.
