Hawthorne is seeking a Leasing Consultant to welcome prospective residents, conduct personalized tours, respond to inquiries, and help residents feel at home. You will drive occupancy and renewals while promoting a welcoming, well-maintained community.

Open 40-hour weeks with some evening/weekend events; CALP is a plus and a valid driver’s license is required. Compensation includes leasing commissions and benefits in a dynamic Southeast market.

Qualifications

• One year of customer service experience, sales and/or apartment leasing is preferred but not required.
• High School or GED required; CALP is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Create standout experiences during apartment tours and respond to inquiries to ensure prospects feel welcomed and supported.
• Convert leads to leases through follow-up and relationship-building, completing applications and move-in paperwork accurately.
• Foster resident relationships by coordinating events and addressing questions with empathy and efficiency.
• Build brand awareness by assisting in marketing the property through social media and local outreach.
