Link Logistics Real Estate is seeking an Assistant Vice President, Leasing to lead leasing activities for a defined market in Southern California and Phoenix. The role reports to the Senior Vice President, mentors analysts and associates, and coordinates with operations and external counsel on LOIs, leases, and renewals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in economics, business, real estate, marketing or finance preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication with ability to interact at all levels.
• Lease transaction experience in industrial or office sectors advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for leasing matters in assigned market/properties.
• Negotiate LOIs, leases, and renewals with guidance from SVP.
• Attend market events and represent LINK to brokerage and industry.
• Support annual budget and quarterly forecasts; gather market intelligence.
• Mentor and train junior staff; collaborate with operations team.
